Education A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required, with preferred majors including Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, or Business Administration. This educational foundation equips candidates with the technical and managerial skills necessary to lead complex manufacturing operations. It supports expertise in process optimization, production planning, quality control, and cost reduction—key competencies for driving innovation and operational excellence in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
