With a strong focus on continuous improvement, safety, and quality, the team ensures seamless execution across machining, assembly, testing, painting, warehousing, and internal logistics. Working closely with engineering and project management, the team supports the introduction of new products and enhancements to existing ones, all while maintaining compliance with industry standards and fostering a positive, collaborative work environment. **What You Can Look Forward to as Production Superintendent** • Drive productivity and delivery performance to improve the plant’s Financial Contribution Margin (FCM). • Manage operational costs in alignment with business goals. • Oversee operations teams in shipping, receiving, pack line, production engineering, maintenance, tool room and manufacturing. • Ensure customer satisfaction by meeting delivery and quality targets. • Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) in quality, efficiency, and productivity. • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and all applicable regulations. • Promote a safe, inclusive, and positive work culture aligned with ZF standards and ZFPS tools. • Develop staffing plans, manage training, and conduct performance evaluations. • Foster employee engagement and satisfaction through strong leadership and communication. **Your Profile as Production Superintendent** • Bachelor’s degree or a combination of education and experience required. • 5+ years of experience in operations management. • Proven leadership managing 5+ direct reports across multiple departments. • Expertise in lean manufacturing, plant operations, and quality systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001). • Proficient in MS Office and SAP; strong analytical and communication skills. • Demonstrated integrity, independence, and a commitment to continuous improvement. **Physical Demands and Work Environment** • Occasional physical activity including standing, sitting, lifting (up to 50 lbs.), and stair navigation. • Work environment includes both office and manufacturing floor exposure. • Reasonable accommodations available for individuals with disabilities. **The expected base compensation for this role is $87,500 to $109,400 annually.
