Production Sorting Operator City: Suzhou Accountabilities: 职责： + Comply with regulations pertaining to disinfectant products, cosmetics, medical devices, as well as the company's quality management system documents. Ensure that the work performed in this position meets GMP requirements and fulfil the obligations related to product quality and safety as outlined in the relevant quality management documents. 遵守消毒产品、化妆品、医疗器械法规，及公司质量管理体系文件，确保本岗位的工作满足GMP要求，履行本岗位的产品质量安全义务（见相关质量管理文件）。 + Follow company’s safety rules in the operation. 在操作过程中遵守公司的安全规章。 + Responsible for daily start-up checking before production starts, Complete the task with quality and quantity according to the operating procedure ，report safety/quality issues timely. 每天开班前按要求做生产前的检查，根据作业规程保质保量完成工作任务，并及时报告安全或质量问题。 + Do Calibration for Scale and safety check for all guarding facilities. 对电子秤做校准, 对安全防护设施做检查。 + Ensure that labelling and segregation control and use the materials correctly. 确保使用正确原材料、标签和隔离控制。 + Do first piece check, and real time check for product quality to make sure it meets quality criteria. 执行产品质量的首件检查，实时检查以保证复合既定的质量标准。 + Do manual cleaning or sanitizing for small tools, like Product boxes, filters, etc. 手工清洗或消毒小的工具，如产品箱，过滤网等。 + Do cleaning for working area to Keep it clean, organized all the time. 对工作区域进行清洁，在任何时候都保证其干净整洁。 + Do AM to machines per WI. 按操作规章，对设备进行自主维护。 + Control and reduce material wastage within target. 控制并减少材料消耗，以达成消耗目标。 + Make records by following Data Integrity policy. 遵守数据完整性规章完成所需记录。 + Raise up ideas for continues improvement. 持续提出改进型的建议。 + Other duties as assigned. 完成交予的其他任务。 **Job Segment:** Medical Device, Healthcare
