Your Role:
At MilliporeSigma in Sheboygan Falls, WI, we are seeking a Production Scientist to safely and efficiently manufacture or evaluate products according to established protocols, provide technical support to others, and perform operations in support of the group and department. As a Production Scientist at MilliporeSigma, you will interface with multiple manufacturing departments and sites within the organization, quality teams, and teams working on new product introductions. Additional responsibilities include:
Perform advanced and diverse manufacturing operations, ensuring a safe and efficient work environmentMeet production goals while maintaining rigorous quality standards and documentationSupport all aspects of the manufacturing area, including equipment, materials, and inventoryCommunicate operational updates and deviations effectively across teams and to leadershipEngage in inter-departmental projects and external quality auditsUtilize technical expertise to troubleshoot issues and drive continuous process improvementsDevelop and refine operating procedures and train team membersConduct and analyze product evaluations to ensure specifications are met

Who You Are:
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of independent lab research or industrial work experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Safe chemical handling methodsExcellent communication skills, oral and writtenKnowledge of ISO Quality standards
