Job Description:
Assists with the integration and delivery of schedules in line with activity planning, supporting execution efficiency.Gathers required inputs to feed into activity planning and scheduling and helps to make timely and efficient updates to the schedule.Assists with evaluating performance by reporting on key performance indicators and identifies areas of improvement based on the conditions and problems encountered. Complies with BP's Code of Conduct and models BP's Values & Behaviours.Ensure safe operation and compliance on BP’s HSSE policies and procedures in Production Planning operationLead the team on monitoring production vs. plan on daily basis to ensure the order being produce as per planned.Lead the team on maintaining the Weekly Production Schedule (WPS) for all filling lines & blending tanks.Lead the team on ensuring the weekly production schedule being plan by considering the cross-contamination matrix and as to reduce change over and also increase productivity.Ensure execution of the monthly production plan thru accurate scheduling.Lead the team on ensuring proper inventories are maintained for raw material stocks of base oils, additives, and empty containers by enforcing a systematic control of the “ins and outs”, including proper record of damages and losses. Institute stock checks on all raw materials and ensure that discrepancies are reported for official write in and write off.Responsible to determine the overall capacity planning of the plant. Incumbent must plan for outsourcing of filling if required.Ensure raw materials and packaging storage being fully utilizes as to ensure productivity cost benefit.Responsible on packaging inventory replenishment for in house and the third party manufacturing.Lead the team on leading the processing of manufacturing and 3rd party toll blender work orders base from weekly firming from Supply Planning. This included ensuring sufficient supply of packaging and on time receiving of raw materials and ensuring updating of weekly filling plan.Act as response team member for crisis / continuity management, with accountabilities consistent with relevant response plans and as assigned by the response team leader.Act as Risk Owner for risk events as assigned in the facility risk register with accountabilities.
