As a Production Scheduler I here at Honeywell, you will support globally across the supply chain network to gather and manage information about our businesses' capacity to meet customer demand. In this role, you will support and improve the supply chain planning & execution process within the business. You will execute the vision and goals for your Materials Planning function and manage the processes to achieve excellence in SIOP, supply planning, inventory & replenishment planning management, and resolution of supply chain issues. Key Responsibilities + Analyze demand and supply balance and recommend schedule changes + Monitor manufacturing performance and evaluate results against the master production schedule + Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to optimize resources and execute production plans + Participate in monthly supply review meetings to approve production plans and discuss mitigation plans + Contribute to the development of the production planning process and identify areas for improvement YOU MUST HAVE + Required experience in the similar field should be enough. + Required trait WE VALUE + Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field. + Experience in Materials Management, Operations, SIOP, Inventory Management, MRP MPS, Procurement Logistics, and Manufacturing + Good knowledge of material control systems such as MRP/SAP systems + APICS or CPIM Certification + Project management and problem-solving skills + Ability to solve complex organizational problems + Ability to influence and collaborate with all levels of the organization + Experience in leading/driving change Honeywell helps organizations solve the world's most complex challenges in automation, the future of aviation and energy transition.
