What You’ll Do
As a Production Scheduler, you’ll be the central hub for planning and coordinating our production schedule to ensure 99% on-time delivery and exceptional customer satisfaction. In this role, you will:

Develop and maintain a master production schedule that aligns with business, inventory, and shipping goalsPartner with Sales, Purchasing, and Production to forecast capacity and support long-term planningProactively resolve supply, demand, and capacity challenges while maximizing labor and equipment efficiencyImplement and improve visual scheduling processes on the production floorMonitor order status, identify delays, and communicate risks to leadershipEnsure accurate and timely posting of production data and inventory levelsAssess scheduling systems and ERP effectiveness, recommending improvements as neededTrack schedule attainment and maintain accurate shipment datesSupport inventory reconciliation, monthly cycle counts, and closing activitiesCollaborate cross-functionally to ensure clear communication of engineering changes and manufacturing variances

What You’ll Bring

Associate’s degree in Business or Operations Management preferred3+ years of planning/scheduling experience, ideally in SKU-based, repetitive manufacturingProficiency in Microsoft Excel (including queries), with working knowledge of Word and PowerPointFamiliarity with QAD ERP system is a plusStrong organizational, analytical, and communication skillsA collaborative mindset with a solution-oriented approachSolid understanding of supply chain processes, capacity planning, ERP systems, and lean manufacturing principles

Pay Range:

40,000.00 - 60,000.00
