Responsibilities Provide a production schedule designed to maximize output considering plant labor and changeover crewing  Coordinate the availability of raw materials to meet production schedules.Execute short to medium-term production plans, ensuring optimization for maximum output and high service levels.Ensure demand and capacity assumptions are realistic, achievable, and aligned with the S&OP forecast.Lead production reviews with plant management and production leads to align on resource productivity expectations while driving production output improvements.Monitor and manage the utilization of molds and machines based on current and future demand.Support SCM in the monthly demand and capacity review process with Plant leadership and Operations teams.Work with all departments to identify best methods for performance improvementsManage budgeted inventory levels within provided space requirements.Maintain and enforce all company safety, environmental and department health requirements Qualifications

 

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or 2-3 years of equivalent experience in material planning and/or inventory management preferredStrong analytical skill and problem solving skillsStrong organization/time management skillsProficient in JDE or comparable ERP systemProficient in Microsoft WindowsMust be able to work independently and in a team environmentAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyAbility to set, manage, and meet deadlines Contact
