**Production Scheduler** _Work Mode: Onsite_ **Location: ** ENTER Onsite – Juárez, Nuevo León, México **Opportunity** BASIC FUNCTION Responsible for the scheduling of MAKE product deliveries (INTERNAL SUB ASSY) and MAKE production activities of assigned part numbers to achieve the highest service levels to the end customer within inventory targets. Build and maintain strong internal relationships to achieve continuous improvements in delivery, quality and cost. Participate in supply chain decision-making to attain production plan. KPI reporting and sustaining. Good understanding of ERP systems, MRP and Pull. Good understanding of planning system set pu points, control and management. Good understanding of both component and assembly processes and planning of them. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES *Release and maintain work orders for on-time delivery based on MRP planning. •Assure plan and sequence is according to the capacity of each process •Provide production schedule and sequence to the assigned MFG cost center. •Develop and maintain stores for optimum inv levels to comply with the pull systems. •Build trust by working in partnership with manufacturing, internal suppliers and buyers to assure material availability and productivity. •Focus on the end customer by improving business and supply chain processes. •Drive continuous improvements for economic order qty, for less model changes based on inv and mix. • Perform Audits and sustaining of the KOS system . •Maintain, adjust or correct the production schedule based on material availability on needs. •Set high standards of performance Make items availability and inventory Goals. •Participate in annual physical inventory as directed by the Site supply chain manager . •Perform assignments as directed by the Planning Coordinator. •Participate in safety training, activities and accident prevention. **Skills/Requirements** EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Internal Communication: For internal & partner use only. • Degree in Business/Operations Management desired. • 3+ years working in a materials planning and scheduling in a manufacturing environment. • Experience in SAP inventory management, production planning and scheduling. • Intermediate English level • Demonstrated continuous improvement, mathematical, problem-solving and organizational skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft, Excel, PPT and Outlook. • Knowledge in power BI or other reporting or data management system. • Ability to work in a team environment. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. **Why Choose Kohler?** We empower each associate to #BecomeMoreAtKohler with a competitive total rewards package to support your health and wellbeing, access to career growth and development opportunities, a diverse and inclusive workplace, and a strong culture of innovation.
