Be part of a team at Resideo where you will use your knowledge and background in finding innovative, cost-effective means to improve production control output and continuous improvements working with Operations, Engineering, Operations AME and Sourcing. You will partner with the factory operations in providing direction that ensures product is coordinated, monitored and completes the production cycle according to schedule. Responsible for developing and managing the daily, weekly, and monthly production plans for finished goods, ensuring alignment with customer demand and operational efficiency.
JOB DUTIES:
Develop and maintain production schedules based on customer requirements.
Communicate schedule changes and coordinate material availability with relevant departments.
Assign production priorities and ensure timely shipment of finished goods to the Distribution Center (DC).
Maintain finished goods inventory levels according to company guidelines and prevent stockouts.
Create, maintain, and close work orders, including rework and repackaging tasks.
Collaborate with other departments and attend required meetings.
Support and comply with quality, environmental, and safety policies.
Actively participate in the 5S+1 Program and other continuous improvement initiatives.
Perform tasks ethically, safely, and efficiently.
Execute additional duties as assigned by management to support business operations.
YOU MUST HAVE:
2 – 4 years of experience in manufacturing planning with NPI's. Solid background in production scheduling within dynamic manufacturing environments.
Ability to interpret open customer orders, inventory status, material variances, and backlog reports.
Hands-on experience using SAP for production planning and materials management.
Fluent in both languages, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
