As part of our production planning unit, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

 

What you can look forward to as Production Scheduler:

 

Coordinate daily planning activities and support strategic planning initiatives. Create and manage production plans and orders based on forecasts and demand. Prioritize tasks to meet customer requirements and ensure timely delivery. Communicate production and shipping schedules across departments. React proactively to changes in production and demand. Collaborate with production teams to optimize efficiency and minimize changeovers. Interface with purchasing and planning teams to resolve vendor-related issues. Maintain optimal inventory levels and prevent material obsolescence.

 

Your Profile as Production Scheduler:

 

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in SAP and production planning. Strong communication and coordination skills across departments. Proficiency in English (B1 level or higher). Ability to adapt quickly to changes and solve problems proactively. Experience working with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing and Quality. Knowledge of inventory management and production scheduling best practices. Detail-oriented with a focus on efficiency and customer satisfaction.
