What You'll Do as a Production R&D Specialist:

This hybrid role blends hands-on production and experimental R&D to support the creation and refinement of THCA-focused products like flower, pre-rolls, extracts, and infused goods.

R&D + Innovation (50%):Create and test new THCA formulations with scalability in mindExplore infusion techniques, ingredient synergies & shelf-life enhancementsMaintain records of experimental batches to support ongoing innovationCollaborate across teams to troubleshoot and streamline
Production Support (50%):Assist with daily production runs using THCA-specific techniquesOperate and maintain extraction and post-processing equipmentHelp refine SOPs to boost safety, consistency, and complianceSupport packaging, labeling, and inventory workflows

Work Experience

What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:

Experience in hemp/cannabis production (especially THCA)Knowledge of cannabinoids and their interactions in product formulationsFamiliarity with infusion or extraction methodsStrong SOP, troubleshooting, and cross-functional teamwork skillsAdaptable mindset—ready to jump between R&D and production tasksBackground in chemistry, biology, or food science (preferred)Experience with lab testing, infusion, or small-batch cannabinoid production (preferred)Comfort with hemp-specific machinery and tools (preferred)
