The Position:
As a Production Planning you would be responsible for overseeing long and mid-term capacities, providing transparency on associated assumptions, actively monitoring and analyzing production performance, managing network supply risks, and ensuring timely updates to capacity assumptions for planning, while supporting prioritized business cases or projects related to Aseptic Manufacturing production network.
Analyze and improve supply chain processes for enhanced efficiency and compliance. Be responsible for all Site MOC’s production agreements related to aseptic and finished production lines. Ensure stable and reliable planning while continuously improving supply chain. You will align and set directions clearly and constructively with stakeholders in the supply chain and production. Conduct analysis to highlight supply risks that will support decision-making. Implement best practices and innovative solutions to optimize operations and ensure regulatory adherence. Plan and coordinate logistics activities, including sourcing, warehousing, and distribution, for timely and cost-effective product delivery. Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead initiatives to enhance supply chain performance. Plan and control inventory to achieve desired levels of quality, waste, and stock. Coordinate the movement, storage, and inventory control of materials, finished products, tools, and packaging materials. Design future end-to-end (E2E) supply chains and develop global, regional, and national strategies and policies for the supply chain. Monitor, analyze, and improve supply chain costs, and enhance overall process efficiency and ownership.
Qualifications:
Solid experience in Manufacturing or Supply Chain. Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field. Fluent English. A thorough understanding of and experience with the logistical setup in a manufacturing company, including internal and external dependencies of flow and data. GMP experience/understanding. LEAN experience and mindset. Familiarity with E2E supply chain design and process improvement. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
