We have an immediate opportunity for a ​Production Planning Intern ​to join us at our diverse team. 

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following. 

Assist in updating production schedules and monitoring production orders in SAP/ERP systems. Help prepare reports and dashboards related to production performance and capacity planning. Follow up with production teams for order status and priority management. Assist in preparing daily shipping schedules based on customer requirements and available inventory. Support coordination with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely outbound shipments. Help track deliveries and assist in resolving shipment delays or issues. Support in the documentation and preparation of shipping instructions. Help manage customer order entry and modifications in the system. Support in responding to customer inquiries regarding delivery status, order updates, and product availability. Assist in maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups. Help prepare weekly customer service reports and metrics. Background & Skills

The ideal candidate possesses these skills. 

At least one year remaining before graduation. Intermediate to advanced English level (written and spoken). Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Danfoss – Engineering Tomorrow
