Production Planning Intern Requisition ID: 43469 Job Location(s): Apodaca, MX Employment Type: Part Time Segment: Danfoss Climate Solutions Segment Job Function: Supply Chain and Operations Work Location Type: On-site **Job Description** We have an immediate opportunity for a​Production Planning Intern ​to join us at our diverse team. **Job Responsibilities** Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following. + Assist in updating production schedules and monitoring production orders in SAP/ERP systems. + Help prepare reports and dashboards related to production performance and capacity planning. + Follow up with production teams for order status and priority management. + Assist in preparing daily shipping schedules based on customer requirements and available inventory. + Support coordination with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely outbound shipments. + Help track deliveries and assist in resolving shipment delays or issues. + Support in the documentation and preparation of shipping instructions. + Help manage customer order entry and modifications in the system. + Support in responding to customer inquiries regarding delivery status, order updates, and product availability. + Assist in maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups. + Help prepare weekly customer service reports and metrics. **Background & Skills** At Danfoss, we believe that a diverse and inclusive workplace fosters creativity, innovation, and a broader perspective in decision-making.
