The primary responsibility of this position is to balance production orders and ready them for back-distribution also as operator the primary responsibility is to operate chemical processes and equipment correctly, while meeting production goals and expectations on a consistent basis, while maintaining compliance of Environmental, Health & Safety Standards.
Your Role and Responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate production orders and raw materials / MRP-PlanningProcessing of request for quotation and coordination of delivery datesAssist the production supervisor and production engineer with asset scheduling and SAP tracking of production batchesRelease production orders. Ensuring a smooth production process, including coordination of the right items in the right amount at the right time, in the right placePrepare capacity overviews and coordinate the right production capacitySecure the on-time delivery of productionMonitor delivery times and stock levels while ensures the quality of finished products prior to shipment to customerMaintain all relevant production master data like BOM´s and Routing´s.Must follow SOP’s/POP’s and all other procedures in every detail, including safety policies. Perform material tracking as related to specific processes. Responsible for a clean and tidy environment.What is required for this role:
