In this role, a typical day will include:

Coordinate and drive production planning activities within the organization to achieve high customer service level and meet or beat the output targetAnalyzes forecasts coming from the distribution centers using Integrated Business Planning (IBP) to ensure accuracy and alignment with build plansCollaborates with S&OP to resolve discrepancies in IBP forecastActs as SME for IBP relates inquiries at the siteTo provide support on SAP master data and work closely with Global Master Data as neededAccountable for HSE implementation and performance in respective departments. Providing Leadership in respective area and responsible for other HSE activities that Management assigns.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:

Bachelor’s degree holder.Proficient in SAPExperience with IBP or similar planning software/toolsExcellent communication skills.Proficiency in English.Strong data analysis skills.Strong project and time management abilities.Effective problem-solving skills.
