In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Provide a forward plan to meet company’s target.
Perform overall demand and supply planning upon order received.
Align daily/ weekly production plan as per plan.
Advise the best delivery dates for customer enquiries, change order and delivery impact.
Schedule and level load customer orders base on prospected lead time, available production capacity and material to improve customers’ requested date as well as to meet the company targeted inventory level.
Analyze and identify risks associated with mitigation actions.
Identify and work closely on the spike / project/ special configuration/ extra ordinary demand.
Provide forecast, supervise supplier performance, follow up on ECR/ECN, participate in inventory reduction and control plan.
Responsible for the purchases of product/non product materials from approved suppliers to support the manufacturing activities and fulfill customer needs and requirements with optimum delivery, cost, and quality parts.
Ensure Work Instructions and ASCP parameter are up to date.
Responsible for maintaining accurate records and practice record retention as per regulations and support the company policies, goals and objectives.
Actively participate in all continuous improvement activities to achieve the company goals.
Other tasks assigned as and when required.

For This Role, You Will Need:
Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards.
Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and risk leadership skills.
Proven experience in planning, purchasing, and inventory management strategies.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power Query, Oracle, and other relevant tools.
Experience with Lean concepts such as Kanban, 5 Whys, and Level Loading.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
Diploma or Degree in a relevant field.
At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong sense of urgency, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
