Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

Job Description

Oversee with CM on their shipments to 3rd party WH and Singapore plant.Works closely with a team of KLA members in CM enviroment. Maintains strong communication path with CM and KLA members.Ensure that commits of CM and ability to escalate , as necessary to the respective departments for support.Asking the right questions to ensure clarity and alignment across teams during high-stress situationsManage and/or participate in cross-functional projects that impact current and future supplier delivery performance.Work with buyer on PO updatesCommunicate with CM for early or delayed deliveries as required, drive suppliers to meet on time deliveryMonitors and reports out metrics and KPIs such as CM supplier On time delivery, Capacity planning for the build plan.This individual will be station in CM environment.Active participation on business review with suppliers and provide constructive feedback to help suppliers to improve their scoresReview and approve ECO as production planner, work together with buyer and CM on timely review Develop actions to minimize excess inventory. Work with Inventory Analyst by providing recommendation during quarterly E&ND review. Follow through the action proposed.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and minimum of eight years of related experience; or and advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience8+ years of experience in supply chain operations and supply chain improvements in complex manufacturing environment; strong preference for experience in semiconductor equipment industry or other complex, high-mix, low-volume productsExperience with SAP ERP system and HANA is a plusExperience with , Power BI or other business intelligence/analytical tools/services is a plusHigh proficiency in MS Excel, Data Base, SQL a plusBackground in statistics and probability is a plusExperience with multiple aspects of advanced supply chain operations, including supply and demand management effectiveness (upturn and downturns) Experience in process-oriented with proven experience turning big data into meaningful analyses that lead to actionable results for supply chain operationsStrong data and analytical skills and track record for creating processes to improve business performanceAbility to effectively deal with ambiguity, identify gaps, and implement innovative solutions to increase operational efficiencyAbility to translate complex business needs into actionable plansAbility to identify key insights and critical thinking to prioritize and focus on highest value opportunities or biggest risksStrong leadership and interpersonal skillsLead thru curiosity and continuous improvementsEffective communication and presentation skillsShould enjoy a challenging and fast paced environment.Self-driven, independent, yet a strong team player.Creative, innovative, and resourceful with a passion for speed, agility, simplification, and proactive action
