Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will contribute to seamless operations across multiple production lines. **Key Responsibilities** + Develop and manage production schedules for high volume of weekly batches, ensuring timely completion to meet customer demands. + Coordinate with procurement to secure raw material availability from sourcing to final production. + Collaborate with department supervisors to monitor progress and adjust schedules to minimize delays. + Maintain accurate planning data and Bills of Materials within ERP systems. + Analyze supply and demand to optimize inventory levels, preventing shortages or excess stock. **Qualifications** + Minimum of 3 years of production planning experience in a manufacturing environment. + Strong knowledge of production scheduling and quality control principles. + Proficiency in ERP systems, Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP II), and Microsoft Office. + Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. + Ability to support scheduling adjustments, including availability for overnight hours in a 24/7 operation. **Compensation and Benefits** + **Salary Range:** $70,000–$80,000 annually + **Benefits:** Health insurance, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and more **Equal Opportunity Employer Statement:** Adecco Permanent Recruitment is an Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled.
