Production planner
The Production Planner focuses on planning, coordinating and controlling raw materials, and sub assembly inventory in a timely and cost-efficient manner. Ensuring that the end products required are available at the lowest possible cost at the right time, in the right place and in the right quantity. As part of your role you will review inventory usage patterns to identify trends, avoid out of stock situations and prevent excess and obsolete inventory. The Production leads the supply chain O&M (Organization and Methods) in aspects of logistics, Planning, reduce cycle time, improve OTD (On time Delivery), optimize inventory level, enhance work plan reliability and accuracy and capacity and resources analysis. Duties and Responsibilities: + Supervises staff involved in daily activities + Capacity and Resources analysis + Supply Chain scenarios (What if simulation) & analysis + Identify and implement advance planning methodologies and tools + Monitor IS Ops KPI in terms of Inventory and Sales performances + Manufacturing Planning **&** coordination + Work with internal customers + Monitor IS Ops KPI performances + Interface with supply management, production and service departments Education/Skills and Experience Requirements: + B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering or other relevant degree + Background related to manufacturing, planning and logistics + Fluent English + ERP experience, SAP– an advantage + IT background (Planning Tools) + Excellent communication skills & multi-tasking ability **How we work together** We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
