This role is responsible for translating the monthly production plan into actionable weekly and daily schedules for the Florence Plant. The position involves prioritizing production and inbound components in alignment with capacity constraints at manufacturing sites and suppliers. Additional responsibilities include managing bulk mix availability for liquid, dry, and kit production, ensuring timely access to raw materials, coordinating with the Plant Buyer(s) to maintain optimal inventory levels, and collaborating with Customer Service and Logistics to meet customer needs—including sample order preparation.
Some of the things you will do:
Develop and publish daily and weekly production schedules in coordination with the corporate Planner, based on sales and replenishment orders.Coordinate with Plant Buyer(s) to ensure timely availability of raw materials and packaging components while maintaining optimal inventory levels.Monitor and manage bulk mix and material supply for blending and filling operations across liquid, dry, and kit products.Collaborate with marketing, product support, and master data teams to ensure Bills of Materials are accurate and current.Reconcile production data in SAP, report material consumption, and ensure accurate documentation of rework and rejects.Communicate with Customer Service and Logistics to fulfill customer orders and sample requests effectively.Participate in periodic inventories and maintain accurate, confidential production records.Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree is desirable.
Experience:
• Demonstrated experience in manufacturing and production planning
• Proficiency with SAP or similar ERP systems
• Prior experience in the chemical industry is strongly preferred

The expected compensation range for this position is between $69,000.00 and $115,000.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
