This is a great opportunity to work in a collaborative and international environment, where your ideas and contributions will help shape the future of our operations. **Job description** Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: + Developing and preparing **weekly and monthly production plans** + Monitoring **daily production output** + Releasing **production orders** based on available materials and capacity + Preparing and maintaining **production planning KPIs** (reports and statistics) + Managing stock levels for **semi-finished and finished goods** + **Balancing production capacity** and prioritizing production orders effectively + Collaborating closely with teams across the Supply Chain: **Operational Purchasing, Logistics, and Customer Support** + Working hand-in-hand with manufacturing teams to ensure **on-time product delivery** + Recommending and implementing improvements to reduce inventory levels, avoid stockouts, and enhance delivery performance + Maintaining accurate **master data** in **SAP** **Background & Skills** The ideal candidate will bring: + **At least 2 years of experience** in a similar role + **Bachelor’s degree** (VI. level of education) in **Supply Chain, Operations Management** , or a related field + Strong knowledge of **MS Office** , especially **Excel** + Proficiency in **SAP ERP** + Excellent **English communication skills** (written and spoken) + A structured, **process-oriented mindset** with strong organizational skills + A proactive attitude and a passion for **continuous learning and improvement** + Strong interpersonal skills and a professional approach when working with internal teams, suppliers, and customers **Danfoss – Engineering Tomorrow** At Danfoss, we are engineering solutions that allow the world to use resources in smarter ways - driving the sustainable transformation of tomorrow.
