The position of Production Planner is working to coordinate and handle all outsourced processes related to work orders within the department, ensuring that all outsourcing activities run efficiently and meet requirements for quality, delivery time, and cost. This role covers manufacture process outsourcing management, technical support for suppliers, process coordination, and exception handling. It serves as a key interface between internal engineering/production teams and external processing resources.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
1.Outsourcing Process Management
Coordinate and arrange outsourced processes for departmental work orders, ensuring reasonable scheduling, on-time delivery, and smooth operations.
2.Supplier Coordination
Maintain effective communication with outsourcing suppliers to ensure processing tasks are completed according to technical requirements and provide timely technical clarification and support.
3. Technical Support
Assist in preparing and leading outsourcing process documents, resolve technical issues during processing, and ensure consistency and quality of related parts.
4. Quality and Delivery Control
Supervise the progress and quality level of outsourced parts to ensure timely delivery and compliance with quality standards for subsequent assembly or processing stages.
5. Process Optimization & Issue Resolution
Continuously improve the outsourcing management process to enhance efficiency and reduce cost and respond quickly to exceptions such as rework or delivery delays.
6. Data & Documentation Management
Maintain accurate records of outsourcing-related work orders, manufacture documentation, and supplier performance data to ensure traceability.
7. Multi-functional Partnership
Work closely with relevant teams to drive effective use of outsourcing resources and support departmental production goals.

For This Role, You Will Need:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Welding, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
Good experience in mechanical manufacturing, supply chain, or production management, with prior experience in outsourcing coordination preferred.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Familiar with machining processes and common outsourcing procedures (e.g., heat treatment, electroplating, surface treatment) and their quality control points.
Proficient in office software and ERP systems.
Familiarity with the ORECAL system is a plus.
Strong communication and coordination skill.
Ability to handle issues and drive progress under pressure.
Basic ability to read mechanical drawings and understand process requirements; capable of conducting technical discussions.
Good English reading and writing skills.
English is working language.
Work Environment & Requirements:
Regular travel to supplier sites for on-site coordination and inspection is required.
Able to handle multitasking and cross-departmental communication in a sophisticated working environment.
