Job Summary

Critical analysis and maintenance of inventory levels through the evaluation of demand signals per SKU in order to generate supply replenishment plans and control the physical distribution of the right finished product to the right location at the right time in the right quantity to meet desirable customer service levels.

General:

Implement the overall strategy of productions planning to ensure that all work undertaken meet the company needs as per time, specifications and plans. Ensure the full compliance to the company production planning procedures & Control Requirements and all policies.

Responsibilities/Description:

Ensure effective production planning of all customers orders in house on regular basis and follow up all the open customers’ orders with the customers services to ensure on- time and high-quality productions planning.Plan and prioritize productions to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay. Work very closely with the raw materials planning team to review the raw materials stocks, requirements availabilities and shortages to ensure the effective productions planning.Monitor Raw materials supply flow, identify any shortages or bottlenecks in usage and alarm the raw material planning team on time.Coordinate with the productions team to create the most effective production plan to meet the customers’ requirements and ensure the best utilization of our production capacities.Coordinate with the quality team to ensure all stocks are released and ready for the production and determine corrective actions in case of defective or unacceptable products.Plan / Schedule usage of productions materials to ensure optimal production levels•Analyze demand during lead time (daily), identify abnormal demand patterns and verify causes with our sales/marketing team and demand.Be accountable for master data set-up for material management in the assigned warehouses;Execute standard availability to promise date for customer delivery based on lead times and communicates changes to Customer Service.Manage Inventory levels and Health – be accountable for Non-Productive Inventory, and proactive shelf-life monitoringAnalyze customer SKU order demand patterns, collaborate with the sales reps and Demand planner to validate the forecast of demand by customer/warehouse for each SKU.Monitor the appropriate metrics, and conduct root cause analysis and take appropriate corrective actions to address interregional supply issues.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree from reputable University:  Major: (Computer science, Engineering, Accounting, or relevant qualifications).3 - 4 years' in similar position.Excellent business English communication skillsAnalytical and quantitative skills
