Production Planner

We have opportunities for career growth through our diverse businesses which manufacture and service many well-recognized brands. **Job Summary** For our CSS division we are looking for a Production Planner who will manage and coordinate production plan to meet company's goals in regards to quality, delivery and cost. He/She will also implement accurate process of evaluation of best practices for planning and information sharing between different Departments. **Responsibilities** • Develop the production plan for the different work centers and coordinate them in a supplier/customer way, in order to target the Customer Requested Date required from the customer. • Contact the suppliers involved in the production process for the internal activities. • Manage the information, received from Engineering Department, connected with the jobs that are in our Portfolio and modify the production plan/production order involved in. • Participate to the meetings with different Departments involved in the daily GEMBA. • Participate to the continuous improvement projects connected to the Planning Dept. • Develops and maintains spreadsheets for tracking large projects, material flow and communicating data with project managers. • Other responsibilities as assigned or required. **Basic Qualifications** • BS/BA (or international equivalent) in a technical or business major • 2+ yrs of experience in a Planning role • 2+ yrs of progressive experience in a structured, well organized company, preferably in a multinational one • Accustomed to an international (preferably US parent company) environment • Previous interaction with vendors and customers internal organization • Strong experience in negotiating with different Departments • Fluent in English (written and spoken) • SAP good knowledge **Key Competencies** • Strong Negotiation skills • Conflict Management • Drive for Results • Process Management • Integrity and Trust Strong communication skills: written, presentation, verbal.
