**Production Planner 1** Calculate an optimal production plan for inhouse/outsourced manufacturing, taking into account throughput times and logistic parameters, balancing supply and demand of the markets to ensure that finished products are available in DC/RDC w/h at the time of customer orders and that integral inventory levels are in line with business objectives. **Your role:** + Directs and coordinates activities concerned with production planning of company products, utilizing knowledge of product mix, production methods and procedures. + Creates the daily schedule for the Master Production Schedule. + Creation and monitoring of work orders. + Control of the daily / weekly production plan. + Finds and propose solutions by involving planning data from multiple resources using Root Cause Analysis. + Takes initiative and identifies problems in actual way of working, formulates alternatives and recommendations. + Develops and introduces new supporting planning sub processes and improves existing planning processes. + Initiates & runs small planning improvement projects. **You're the right fit if:** + You have a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related careers and/or equivalent. + You have acquired 2 years of experience in Business and/or Supply chain, including experience with Supply Chain Management and a x-function organization. + Your skills include familiarity with ERP and advanced planning tools, SAP preferable, advanced English level. **How we work together** We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
