What you will do:

As a Production Painter, you will perform a variety of functions associated with the powder coating application and production process within an established cycle time.  This may include loading and unloading materials, moving parts and equipment, painting and coating parts, cleaning and maintaining parts and equipment, and providing routine assistance and support.

What you have:

Experience and/or working knowledge of typical paint tech roles (masking, shot blast, pre-treatment, etc.).Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periodsAbility to perform repetitive operationsAbility to lift up to 35 lbs.

Top candidates will also have:

Paint certification or equivalent experience in equipment paint processingExperience in top coat, prime coat and electrostatic paintAbility to read blueprints / engineering drawingsExcellent verbal communications skillsStrong commitment to Safety and TeamworkDemonstrates decision-making abilityAbility to read/understand MSDS sheets

What you will get:

3rd Shift: $21.76/hour (includes 8%-night shift premium)Sunday-Thursday 4 day/10-hour shift scheduleWork Hours: 10 pm – 8:30 am  

**Role requires overtime as needed to support business needs**

Summary Pay Range:

$20.15 - $25.15
