The position
As a Production OT Professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving the digitalisation agenda at our Koriyama Factory. Your responsibilities will include:
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Manufacturing, Mathematics, Technology, Project Management, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Production, Manufacturing, or Operations environment, focusing on process improvements or change management of related systems/OT. Business-level proficiency in both English and Japanese. Previous experience or a strong interest in digitalization, and familiarity with pharmaceutical processes or other regulated industries. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to thrive in a cross-cultural and cross-functional environment in a proactive, autonomous, and professional manner.
