Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery per established procedures

Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy

Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment

Accurately complete production and quality logs

Adhere to safety and compliance standards at all times

Work efficiently to meet production goals and deadlines

Communicate equipment or material issues to supervisors immediately

Support team members and maintain a clean, organized workspace

Follow all company policies, procedures, and good manufacturing practices

Working hours: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Skills:
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions

Good communication and problem-solving skills

Capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs

Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required

Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required

Ability to work a full 2nd shift schedule, including weekends
