Job Description

We’re looking for a Production Operator to join our manufacturing team and support the day-to-day operations of our extraction and dehydration processes. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment — ideal for someone with mechanical ability, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Work Experience
Responsibilities:Operate extraction and dehydration equipment according to safety and quality standards.Distribute materials to machines and workstations to support efficient workflow.Assist with training fellow operators to maintain consistent product quality.Clean and inspect equipment regularly to ensure optimal performance.Accurately complete production paperwork and reports.Communicate shift updates clearly to team leads and incoming operators.Follow all safety protocols, including material handling and environmental precautions.Coordinate with the lab team to ensure production meets quality specifications.Assist with maintenance and other production-related duties as needed.

Required:

High School Diploma or GEDReliable attendance and work historyMechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshootCertified forklift operatorFlexibility with changing prioritiesAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and work in dusty environmentsWillingness to work 8–12 hour rotating shiftsAbility to climb ladders and stairs, and work overhead

Preferred:

Bilingual (English/Spanish)Basic computer skillsProblem-solving and analytical mindsetWork Environment:Hands-on operation of production equipment, including PLC touchscreens and manual control panelsFrequent standing (3–5 hours at a time), lifting, reaching, bending, and climbingDusty and physically active setting
