Perform daily job assignments as required and per the department’s established procedures and work instructions or as identified by the Production Team Leader to ensure customer satisfaction.Participate in daily team meetings and offer ideas/suggestions that contribute to meeting the objectives of the department.Check parts for defects and non-conformance and report appropriately in accordance to the control plan and redirect to the appropriate area.Participate in daily team meetings and continuous improvement programs and activities and offer ideas and suggestions that contribute to meeting the objectives of the department.Ensure proper housekeeping and returning all tools, etc. to the proper storage areas at the end of the shift.Immediately report any accident, injury, potential incidences or any unsafe work conditions in the workplace.Maintain a clean and orderly work area and report any malfunctioning equipment throughout the shift.Record and report all data required to maintain daily production records and submit the data for input into the Decostar data collection system.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Education:
