**Job Title: Production Operator** Job Description Join our team as a Production Operator, where you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing of fuel cell components. You will be responsible for the assembly of plates and stacks, and will work on both automated and manual lines in a clean room environment. This position is initially offered as a 6-month contract, with the potential for extension. Responsibilities + Produce fuel cell components according to work instructions. + Assemble plates and stacks related to the final product of fuel cell components. + Set up equipment according to work instructions. + Perform visual inspections of produced parts at different production steps. + Support logistics by transporting and moving parts according to production needs. + Clean the working area and equipment. + Document processes clearly. + Attend meetings and training sessions as required. Essential Skills + 1+ year of recent experience in a similar work environment or relevant work experience in a technical role. + Technical background. + Great communication skills, both written and verbal. + Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams. + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Clean room experience. + Direct industry experience. + Strong team player. + Organizational skills with high attention to detail. + Willingness to work on different production stations with increasing levels of complexity and responsibility. + Ability to work weekends.
