The position
As a Production Operator at Novo Nordisk, you will play a vital role in our manufacturing processes. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Operate the assembly line during production, including material feeding and managing glass cartridges.
* Attach all batch labels and document production activities in the Batch Production Report (BPR).
* Perform batch change-overs, ensuring line clearance, verification, and proper handling of materials.
* Maintain accurate assembly-related logbooks while ensuring basic compliance.
* Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot production equipment, analysing records to identify issues and suggest performance improvements.
Requirements:
We are looking for a motivated and dedicated individual with the following qualifications:
* At least 1 year of experience in the food, cosmetics, pharmaceutical manufacturing industries, or any FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) sectors.
* Bachelor’s degree.
* Ability to work independently while being a dedicated team player with a results-oriented mindset.
* Self-motivated, flexible, and proactive approach to work.
* Willingness and flexibility to work in different shifts based on business needs.
