严格遵守公司及生产部制定的有关规章制度，认真履行交接班手续。严格按照标准操作程序、公司安全规章制度，完成相关生产任务。严格遵守公司的食品生产安全、质量管理制度。遵守生产巡回检查和台账记录制度，及时准确完成生产原始记录。负责岗位管辖现场设备装置的巡检工作，认真检查，记录详细。随时检查生产过程中的安全隐患，及时处理或上报。参与对生产车间设备的维修保养工作，配合设备管理部门做好设备定期维护保养。严格执行设备、设施、物料的定置管理，保证工作场所的清洁、整齐和有序。严格执行生产信息的保密原则。完成上级交办的其他工作。
