Our client, a leader in the paint manufacturing industry, is seeking a Production Operator to join their team. As a Production Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting production operations. 

Job Title: Production Operator 1st shift

Location: Clearwater, FL

Pay Range: $17.50 per hour

What's the Job?

Takes ownership of production assets and ensures they are operated safely and according to established procedures. Performs daily production, preventative maintenance, and process data collection tasks. Reports safety, quality, or other issues related to products or production processes to the Team Leader. Ensures all production targets are met while maintaining appropriate quality standards. Participates in Continuous Improvement activities and contributes to color adjustment activities as needed.

What's Needed?

Prior experience in a manufacturing or Chemical production is preferred Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely Ability to operate a forklift and obtain forklift certification. Ability to read, comprehend, and follow safety instructions and guidelines. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently. High School Diploma or equivalent.
