Production Operator Job Locations US-FL-Crawfordville Requisition ID 2025-34497 Position Type Full Time Position Classification On-Site Job Function Manufacturing Job Summary Productor Operator uses equipment to load, unload, and transport materials assisting with manufacturing, packaging, and other steps along a production line.

This position is labor intensive, with a strong element of manual labor and a steady work pace required to support the smooth and continuous flow of production. Work is performed in a non-climate-controlled environment, with both internal and external activities.

The current schedule is 12-hour shifts, with a rotating shift change from day to night shift every 2 weeks. One week has 3 scheduled days followed by the second week with 4 scheduled days.Overtime is scheduled as required.

Starting pay at $19.00/hr. and progressing to over $22.50/hr. in the first year. An additional retention bonus is available. Preferred Qualifications Must have a GED/High School Diploma or able to achieve passing scores on the Work Keys Skills Test administered by CareerSource Capital RegionSuccessful completion of a comprehensive background check required BATFE clearance requiredMust have a valid State Driver LicenseMust be dependable; have an acceptable work record including attendanceMust have the physical dexterity to operate equipment & instrumentation Responsibilities-

Must gain thorough knowledge of all operating and safety procedures. Tasks that may be required, but not limited to:
