Responsibilities
Produce coatings and paints according to Batch Ticket instructions.Ensure product quality aligns with customer and company specifications.Maintain cleanliness of vessel, gates, blade, blade underside, shaft, manufacture lids and storage lids.Utilize various scales as required.Properly transact raw material from inventory utilizing scanners.Relocate material tanks/containers to place of origin.Write off drum heals as required.Perform inventory cycle counts as required.Properly record times, temperatures, and QCT’s of batches as required.Comply with all company safety policies.Maintains a clean work environment.Follows all departmental policiesPerform additional duties as assignedAdditional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in batching, blending, sanitation, or manufacturing with liquid-based products.Proficiency in chemical compounding and mixing operations.Experience in GMP and chemical manufacturing processes.Familiarity with batch mixing and batch record maintenance.Forklift certified preferredReliability, punctuality and willingness to learnWork Environment
We are hiring for one shift option!
2nd shift – 2:00 pm – 10:30 pm Monday – Friday onsite.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
