Medical manufacturing assembly in a clean room environment. Essential Responsibilities:
•Follow documented procedures to assemble products at a high level of quality while meeting or exceeding established production rates/guidelines.
•Comply with documented “Good Manufacturing Practices” related to actions, hygiene, and behavior requirements when entering, working in, or leaving a controlled work/clean room environment.
•Accurately fill all required data records, as required to perform the job (training records, maintenance records, traceability forms, and other records as required).
•Follow documented instruction to set-up, operate, adjust equipment as specified, use tools and fixtures as required to perform the job.
•Immediately inform supervisor of any issues associated with performing and documented procedure.
•Perform assembler training per documented process.
•Participate in various Lean/Continuous Improvement initiatives and activities.
•Other assignments as requested.
