Job Description

As a Production Operator, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process by loading raw fabric materials into press machines, unloading finished products, and recycling excess materials. You will perform quick visual quality checks and assemble small components into fabric, ensuring that daily production standards are met efficiently.

Work Environment

The work environment is a modern, fully automated manufacturing facility, minimizing heavy lifting. You will work in a fast-paced, clean setting that can be warm and humid, especially during summer. While performing duties, employees may be exposed to airborne particles, and the noise level can range from moderate to high. Regular communication is required during work hours.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.25 - $19.00/hr.
