operating production equipmenttroubleshooting product and process problems on all assigned equipmentcoordinating all breaks and lunches for associates working in the assigned production areasmaintaining a clean work area in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)leading associates to meet the production schedulecross-training all production associatesencouraging production associates to adhere to all safety and quality guidelines and practicescompleting all necessary paperwork required by the position andother duties as assigned.
