We have a fantastic opportunity for a Production Operative to join our Retractable Rail team, based at our site - Pioneer Road, Andover.
As a Production Operative working within the Retractable Rail Department you will be responsible for producing units for customer orders. Ensuring all standard operating procedures are followed and daily targets are met.
We are looking for an individual who excels in working effectively under pressure, and demonstrates the ability to plan, prioritise, and organise workloads. This role also have some heavy lifting requirements.
To be successful in the role you must be a collaborative team player with the capacity to seamlessly integrate into the existing team. A background in a modern manufacturing environment is considered advantageous.
Production Operative Responsibilities:
Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with Safe Systems of Work.Work in accordance with the requirements of the companies environmental standardEnsure all operations are carried out in accordance to Standard Operating ProceduresParticipate when required in Continuous Improvement activities, to identify both product and process improvementsProduction Operative Requirements
