Job Title: Production Operative

Hours: Monday to Thursday, 07:30 – 16:30, Friday 07:30 – 13:30
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent (Typically 6 months via agency)

Job Overview:
We’re currently looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Production Operative to join our team, supporting our existing staff with the quality assurance of finished metal products.

Key Responsibilities:
Handling large metal castings weighing up to 25kg and measuring up to 2 metres in lengthOperating in a dedicated X-Ray inspection room to perform quality checks on componentsAccurately recording test results using basic numeracy and formula applicationFollowing all health and safety procedures when handling materials and equipmentAssisting with general warehouse duties as requiredRequirements:
Good level of physical fitness (manual handling involved)Basic numeracy and ability to apply simple formulasStrong attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProgression Opportunities:
