What You will Do:
Work with internal customers such as engineering, Quality, shop floor, shipping and receiving and other operations support orgs. Aid the operations lead, as the ops focal on the floor helping to prioritize hardware and working closely with other program managersCoordinate with shop floor technicians and supervisors to help expedite hardware through the processes to final shippingCreate daily WIP and shipping reportsProvide a Line of Balance for shippable items to program managers and value stream leaders showing estimated ship datesWork Experience
How You Will Get Here:
Minimum AS degree with production 4-6 years of operations/manufacturing support experience BS/BA degree with 2-4 years’ experience preferred or in lieu of degree10 years of relative experienceProficiency with Microsoft Office tools are requiredExperience with SAP, or other MRP system, strongly preferredAbility to read and interpret blueprints a plusStrong oral and written communication, teamwork, self-motivation, and organizational skills required
Physical Requirements & Work Environment:
Mostly Office Environments. Occasional Shop Floor involvementSubstantial amounts of telephone and computer work. Heavily Regulated Industries with strict adherence to procedures.Flexibility to meet business deadlines by staying late or arriving early.Typical 8 hour days plus lunch / 40 hour weeks / core (required) hours are 9 AM to 4 PMAbility to use personal transportation to visit customer locations.Due to the nature of the work, all candidates must be a U.S. Citizen
