As the Operation Lead you will be given the opportunity to create competitive advantage through internal efficiency, effectiveness, and great delivery, enhancing the account ability to keep and grow existing business, whilst liberating our people from the working practices that hold them back. As an Operations Lead you will be working with teams based in Europe, LATAM and North America. **Responsibilities** Production Operations: · Own the client global operations roadmap to ensure the network operation is connected and running efficiently and effectively. · Work closely with the Publicis Production Global Operations Lead to implement The Publicis Production Way at the account level. · Identify operational gaps, risks, and opportunities to add value to the development or execution of production projects. · Work closely with Global Production Client Lead, Technology and Commercial Leads to implement operational design / modifications to tools, processes, and ways of working. · Ensure sufficient level of data collection and reporting (including client KPIs) is in place to monitor that the quality of work produced is of the highest standard and meets clients brand guidelines and satisfaction. · Work closely with production hub leads and market production leads on scheduling, delivery and reporting of production projects. · Work closely with Creative, Media and Data operations on delivery and optimisation of ways of working to realise the full potential of Power of One · Act as account client interface for operational discussions and escalations. · Support Global Production Client Lead with operational needs when preparing for senior client sessions / deliverables including new work. 2. Commercial Management: · Work closely with the Client Commercial Lead to track and manage utilisation and recovery at the account level. Ensure we are charging for the work we do and managing our costs effectively. · Drive continuous improvement of the account financial model, the way pricing is presented and sold so that clients are happy with the value we deliver. Advise on fees proposals, estimates and Statements of Work to ensure they sell, inspire and are accurate. · Manage unbillable time across the account. 3. Process Adoption & Optimisation: · Work closely with the Publicis Production Global Operation Lead to implement The Production Way processes at the account level considering the Fix & Flex approach (if required). · From brief to delivery, work in collaboration with the Global Production Client Lead, Hub leads and the Market Production Leads, to perfect new ways of working to ensure continuous optimization and alignment across all client regions and teams. · Own deployment and monitor the uptake of the client Operating Model to drive efficiencies and ensure integration with all regions and teams. · Manage process deployment slippages and attend wash ups and collate the learnings to inform continuous optimization of the process ensuring the Better Never Stop. · Own adherence to best operational and process practices across all regions and teams. 4. Sustainable Production: · In partnership with the Santander Global Production Client Lead champion sustainable production and oversee the implementation of ESG practices on the account. · Work with the Global Production Client Lead and the client to align on ESG related KPIs and track tangible results. 5. Tools & Tech Adoption: · In partnership with the Client Technology Lead and/or Tools PM, implement the Tools & Tech solutions in line with the Publicis Production Global Tools & Tech strategy. Ensure tools are rolled out and integrated to minimise the duplication of entry and data, producing reports that enable effective and timely management of the account. · Manage adoption of the Tools & Tech solutions among teams working on the account. 6. People Management: · Work closely with the account and hub teams to plan the agency’s diet of work for 12 months rolling, optimising the capacity and capabilities of the team (permanent and freelance) so that the plannable is planned and the unplannable can be managed with minimal disruption. · Support the Santander team to ensure effective casting, balancing demand, capacity, capability planning and Inclusion & Diversity to facilitate and enable resource smoothing. Ensure that utilisation of resources is managed and reported so that targets are met or exceeded. · Work closely with HR and the Santander leadership team on recruitment, development and retention planning to match the account’s future diet of work and in line with the Publicis Production Global roles structure and taxonomy. · Support the Santander GPCL and Commercial Lead in delivering monthly/quarterly forecasts for growth opportunities, by capturing Statements of Work and operational risks. · Enhance the existing talent book with preferred partners to work with across new briefs, including Directors, casting agents etc while ensuring we prioritise internalising as much as possible within the walls of Publicis. 7. Leadership: · Build a strong relationship with the Global Production Client Lead to ensure detailed understanding of the Santander expectations of work to be delivered annually. · Become a real partner to the Global Production Client Lead, the Delivery Hubs, and Country Production leads to ensure quality work is delivered. · Lead by example, be a role model to follow, be inclusive and able to support everyone inside and outside of the production unit. **Qualifications** At least 10+ years’ experience in an advertising agency or production environment work as a producer or operations manager. Must have a great understanding of operational set ups. · Self-starter that can move quickly, implement plans and ideas with accuracy and energy. · Experience leading and managing a team; firm but fair. · Proven experience of improving processes. · Experience in sustainable / responsible production, having been exposed to sustainable production and carbon calculation methodologies. · Skilled in written and spoken Spanish language. The client teams communicate in Spanish · Strong commercial acumen · Production knowledge across digital, print and film. · Can work under pressure and communicate well, excellent time management. · Comfortable with online tools and systems with a great operational mindset · Gravitas with the confidence to debate at a senior level. · Comfortable presenting to clients and agency staff. **Additional information** **Why join us?
