Direct Hire position$18.00 to $35.00 /hourSecond Shift (Monday through Friday from 01:15pm to 09:45pm)Troubleshoot and assist the production lines efficiently to minimize down timeMaintain production lines to keep running efficientlyCoordinate all equipment maintenance and preventive maintenance activities with the Maintenance ManagerAdhere to all department Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) that are in effect, reassuring the quality and quantity of product producedEnsure tasks are completed on timeFollow and encourage safety policies and work habitsPromote and develop a strong teamwork environmentRepair equipment in a timely manner without disrupting the production processAdhere to company policy for PPE requirements.Production Mechanic Qualifications:
Preferred mechanical experience in food/beverage, dietary supplement, cosmetic or pharmaceutical industriesKnowledge of production equipment including labelers, fillers, tube machines, codersWorking knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs)Demonstrated mechanical ability and technical aptitude in a manufacturing maintenance environmentWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer and celebrate diversity at all levels of our organization.
