Responsibilities
The Scheduler will:
Work collaboratively with Senior Team Scheduler, Sales Support, Resource Managers and PM's to ensure all projects are staffed through skills level and resources are appropriately licensed Anticipate licensing needs for upcoming projects Provide training for new functionality with Operational tools Ensure projects are properly base lined Monitor utilization/allocation metrics Work with Resource Managers to plan training Manage Change Request process for Resource requests Provide Management a Portfolio Management view into strategic scheduling Manage Resource Skills database and support skill leveling with scheduling Assist with Regional Reporting as needed Help alleviate churn of rescheduling and find ways to improve tactical scheduling. Qualifications Strong analytical skills Resource Management and Scheduling background Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills Great attention to detail Good communication and interpersonal skills Experience with training and creating documentation Must be able to pass a security investigation Ability to Travel Able to obtain a Gaming LicensePreferred:
