The Production Manager is dynamic and results-driven and will be responsible for leading day-to-day operations in our manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for overseeing production teams, driving operational excellence, and ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets are met. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a deep commitment to Lean principles and continuous improvement.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Business, Operations Management or a related field. (Master’s preferred)
Experience: 5+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience, including 3+ years as a Production or Operations Manager, with a proven track record of implementing and sustaining Lean Manufacturing principles. Brings strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with the ability to lead through influence, set clear expectations, and hold teams accountable. Possesses in-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, safety regulations, and quality systems, with certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent experience preferred. Demonstrated success in identifying process improvement opportunities and implementing safer, more efficient practices across operations. Experienced in managing, mentoring, and developing teams, with the ability to inspire performance and drive results. Familiar with the Choosing By Advantages (CBA) decision-making methodology and experienced with ERP systems.
Travel: Up to 15% depending on business needs
Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 6 am and 6 pm, Monday through Friday.

Lead and manage daily operations of production lines to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality outputDrive adherence to production schedules and coordinate with planning and materials teams to ensure on-time deliveryFoster a people-first culture that emphasizes team engagement, development, and accountabilityHelp us get better every day by implementing and sustaining Lean Manufacturing practices, including visual management, 5S, standard work, and problem solvingMonitor KPIs and take proactive action to improve productivity, quality, and efficiencyEnsure compliance with all company policies, safety standards, and quality requirementsCollaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Quality, Materials, and Engineering to resolve production issues and support strategic initiativesLead and facilitate Tier meetings to support communication and alignment across shifts and teamsSupport implementation of new products, processes, or equipmentCoach and mentor frontline leaders and team members, supporting career growth and performanceChampion our Key Behaviors: People First, We Work Together, and We Learn and Grow.Performs other related duties as required and assigned.The job description and responsibilities described are intended to provide guidelines for job expectations and the employee's ability to perform the position described.
