Are you a detail-oriented, hands-on leader with experience in construction or window and door installation? Join the team at NewSouth Window Solutions as our next Production Manager and help us deliver top-tier results and outstanding service to homeowners across the region.

Responsibilities

As the Production Manager, you’ll play a key role in overseeing installation schedules, supporting crews, managing warehouse operations, and ensuring jobs run smoothly from start to finish. This is a dynamic, boots-on-the-ground position that offers a mix of office coordination, field training, and team leadership.

 

Project Management & Installations

Oversee and ensure completion of window and door installation projects

Assist with ordering and proofing materials

Recruit, train, and manage installation crews

Schedule installs, measures, and assign crews to jobs

Ensure all necessary small materials are in stock and ready for jobs

Visit job sites and hold regular meetings with crews to review scope of work

Warehouse & Logistics

Manage warehouse organization and efficiency

Oversee truck receiving and inventory

Coordinate with manufacturing to manage job flow and resolve issues

Ensure crews have materials and instructions for successful project completion

Branch Operations & Improvement

Implement and maintain corporate branch SOPs

Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and effectiveness

Conduct weekly meetings for accounts receivable, measures, and scheduling

Review labor bills for accuracy and fairness

Assist with managing and collecting account receivables

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

6+ years of experience in construction or window and door installation

Hands-on field experience installing windows and doors strongly preferred

Ability to lift over 50 lbs and perform physical work as needed

Strong organizational and communication skills

Proficient with computers and job management systems

Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check and drug screen

A team player who can adapt to changing priorities and solve problems quickly
