Minimum requirements:
Matric  Relevant tertiary qualification in Agriculture or Food Technology, or a related field will be advantageous 5 years’ leadership experience in production within the fruit processing sector or a comparable manufacturing environment, ideally involving citrus and sub-tropical products would be highly beneficial  Knowledge of health and safety standards, including HACCP compliance, experience in environmental controls and effluent management, and previous experience in budgeting and financial control, are all advantageous Computer literate Fluent in Afrikaans and English Own vehicle and valid driver’s licence Consultant: Antone Swart - Dante Personnel Mpumalanga
